8 Week Transformation

After 8 weeks of dedicated training I guarantee you'll walk away in a new body.

 

Over the course of the 8 weeks we will aim to exceed your physical fitness expectations by making you commit to a lifestyle that is optimal to physical performance and to create a new body you live in. This 8 week program is designed to make you achieve real results in a short space of time. It will challenge you to keep a regular quality exercise routine and to follow healthy and balanced eating habits. 

 

This program is ideally suited for those who want to lose body fat, increase lean muscle mass and significantly change their body shape. Apart from the visual benefits you achieve you will also develop a new outlook on food, exercise and a new understanding of what you are physically capable of. 

 

The program is based on structured exercise five to six days per week. You have the choice of committing to either two, three or four weekly Personal Training sessions which will provide personalised one to one coaching, however I do recommend commiting to either three or four training sessions per week in order to maximise your training potential. 

 

To begin, we start with an assessment of your goals, body measurements and physical health stats. We do this again at the end of week four and at the end of week eight. For the first one to two weeks we start with five exercise sessions per week. If fat loss is your goal then typically three of these sessions will be based on resistance/gym workouts and the other two will have a cardiovascular (fitness) focus. Otherwise if you are looking to build lean muscle mass and add body weight then we will have more focus on strength and weights training. From weeks three to eight we will step up the frequency and intensity to six sessions per week. All of our Personal Training sessions will be for 60 minutes, with your own sessions varying from 45-60 minutes. You will receive a meal plan and a detailed workout program for what you are required to complete by yourself.

 

Yes it may sound daunting, but it is the level of commitment required to change. The exercise and intensity of the entire program does vary from person to person, so whatever your level of fitness you begin with we will develop a program truly specific to you. There is a significant time commitment and a lifestyle change this program requires.
