Having a Personal Trainer optimise your gym time into effective exercise routines will see you make the changes you've maybe failed to reach in the past. Whether you're someone who needs to be held accountable to regular quality exercise, or you're someone who is self-motivated and needs some direction in order to maximise your training potential, Personal Training is the answer.
To begin, we start with a fitness consultation and assessment, where we determine your health goals, consider any medical conditions or injuries, and to discover your fitness starting point. Based on your assessment results I can then develop a plan to begin your health and fitness development.
Your fitness plan will be progressive, and it will challenge you each week that passes. Your fitness will improve, you will become stronger and you will feel the benefits of quality exercise within the first handful of sessions.
You can choose to purchase sessions on a casual basis, or you can make a commitment to an upfront block of 5, 10 or 20 sessions sessions (discounts apply). If you need a challenge and want to change shape fast then you can opt for a results-driven '8 Week Transformation' package (perfect if you have a wedding date approaching or you just want to look good for summer time). I also offer partner training, this is where you can exercise with a work colleague, partner or a friend and share the cost of a session.
The frequency of training sessions can be set to fit into your weekly schedule. Ideally I suggest puchasing a block of weekly sessions in order to make a commitment and hold yourself accountable to exercise for a period of time. If you are determined and serious about results then I would recommend booking three training sessions per week - the more time you have dedicated for one-to-one training then the greater your chance of success.
